HoM Haute ships worldwide through DHL Express. Every order is prepared individually, with processing times ranging from 2 to 8 business days depending on stock availability and production requirements. Ready stock items are typically dispatched sooner, while freshly blended or made to order creations may require additional preparation time.

A flat $65 USD DHL Express shipping fee applies to all international orders, regardless of destination. Orders with a total value of $500 USD or more qualify for free DHL Express shipping.

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees vary by country and are determined by local authorities. While these charges remain the responsibility of the recipient, I will make reasonable efforts to minimize customs valuation where legally permissible in order to help reduce potential import costs and facilitate smoother delivery. However, HoM Haute cannot guarantee exemption from duties, taxes, customs inspections, or other import related charges imposed by the destination country.
