Complimentary delivery on every order, anywhere in Indonesia — from Sabang to Merauke. No minimum, no shipping fee, ever.
A flat shipping fee applies to all international orders, regardless of destination — waived in full once your order reaches the free-shipping threshold.
Every order is prepared individually. Processing takes 2 to 8 business days depending on stock availability and production requirements — ready-stock items dispatch sooner, while freshly blended or made-to-order creations may need a little longer.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees on international orders vary by country and are set by local authorities. These charges remain the responsibility of the recipient.
We will make reasonable efforts to minimise customs valuation where legally permissible, to help reduce potential import costs and ease delivery. HoM Haute cannot, however, guarantee exemption from duties, taxes, inspections, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
